The Strategy Process
Strategy process created as part of course in the 1st semester in the 2nd degree in Bezalel.
Objective: Find a business strategy for Angel Bakery for the next few years
Process: Understanding the audience and their desires in food, market research, and understanding changing customer needs in the food and bakery department at the supermarket
Choosing strategic direction: Creating a new line of protein-rich products with minimal calorific value
Testing the desired market and entry strategy, competitors, pros and cons in the new field of food supplements
Market research into the country and growth opportunities abroad
At the end of the process, we (My partner for the project Dubi and I) presented the strategy to the company, the strategy was warmly accepted and evaluated as super relevant for the bakery for the recent future.
